We are thrilled to share that McGuire Farm & Excavating is wrapping up work on the Indian Lake Cobblestone Hotel today! After months of hard work, we’re excited to present the finished hotel, located at the southeast corner of Route 33 and Lincoln Blvd. in Russells Point. The journey from breaking ground in June of 2023 to the final stages has been an incredible experience, and we couldn’t be more proud of the result! This project has been a long time in the making, and now, the hotel is set to offer guests comfortable accommodations, with stunning views of Indian Lake. Featuring a combination of short-term and long-term stay suites, an inviting swimming pool, a fully equipped conference room, and more, the Cobblestone Hotel is ready to serve the community and visitors alike. Throughout the project, our team focused on precision and efficiency, from site preparation and grading to ensuring the hotel’s foundation was laid seamlessly. Today, we’re putting the finishing touches on the exterior, preparing the hotel for its grand opening. Here’s a sneak peek of the final product: The collaboration between local investors and local construction crews has brought this vision to life. This 54-room hotel fills a much-needed gap in the area, providing modern, ADA-compliant accommodations just steps from the lake.
